Role:
High-volume outbound calling to drive bookings and revenue Reach out to new leads, past customers, and unsold estimates Book service appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and drain cleaning Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
Make consistent outbound calls daily Follow up on leads and previous service opportunities Re-engage past customers and generate repeat business Educate customers on services and create urgency Handle objections and confidently close bookings Accurately log notes and updates in the system Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Proven outbound sales or call center experience Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services (preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated Organized, reliable, and results-driven
