In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair solutions. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications to schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and support the service team in delivering a seamless customer experience. Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, declined services, and maintenance follow-ups Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals Provide exceptional customer service to enhance retention and satisfaction Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
