Job Description
We're hiring an SDR to sell a three-product proptech software suite to real estate brokerages — from independent firms to multi-office operations with hundreds of agents. This is a real sales job at a profitable, growing company.
Why this role is different:
Most SDR jobs hand you one product and a dialer. This one puts you in front of broker-owners and operations directors selling a platform that runs their entire business — reviews, marketing, and operations in one vendor relationship. You'll learn consultative selling into a defined vertical, not just how to read a script. SDRs who perform here get promoted to Account Executive in under two quarters, carrying their own deals and managing full sales cycles. That's not aspirational — it's how we've built the team. What you're selling: Real estate brokerages juggle five or six point solutions that don't talk to each other. We replace that mess with three products: Testimonial Tree — automates review collection after every transaction and syndicates them to Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and social channels. 800+ brokerages use it. 250,000+ reviews collected. 99%+ customer retention. When a brokerage's agents show up on Google with 200 five-star reviews instead of 12, they win more listings. That's the outcome you're selling. KeyStory — an AI content engine that pulls MLS data and turns it into blog posts, agent pages, community spotlights, and property proof pages — all SEO-optimized and auto-published. It replaces the marketing coordinator or freelance writer most brokerages can't afford and gets their agents ranking in Google and AI search results. RealBrokerOS — a full brokerage CRM and operations platform. Transaction management, agent onboarding, back-office workflows. The system a brokerage runs on daily.The pitch in one sentence:

High activity with smart targeting. You'll run 120+ outbound touches a day across calls and email using our internal sales platform (TT Sales Agent) — built in-house with phone, email automation, and CRM in one tool. But this isn't random dialing. You'll research accounts, identify the right buyer, and personalize outreach to broker-owners and ops leaders in a specific vertical. Your job is to book qualified meetings for our AE team. You report to the Director of Sales.How we train you:
One-month ramp period with a full three-month training program. We teach you the products, the proptech market, how brokerages operate, and how to have real conversations with business owners — not just hit a talk track. By month four you should be fully ramped and producing. By month six, top performers are closing their own deals as AEs. Who we're looking for: Ambitious, early-career candidates — recent grads, people with a year or two of sales experience, career switchers who are hungry. No prior software experience required.What matters:

$100K - $120K on-target earnings. Strong base salary from day one, plus uncapped commission. You'll earn while you learn during ramp, and there's no ceiling once you're producing.The company:
