Furniture experience is not required . We especially encourage applicants with successful experience in: Furniture or mattress sales Automotive sales Appliances Wireless/cell phone sales Jewelry Flooring Home improvement Other commission-based retail sales Ideal candidates have: 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working directly with customers A competitive and motivated mindset Ability to follow up and close sales Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible 40-hour schedule Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged — Spanish is a plus No Furniture Experience?
