As a Sales Consultant at MetroWest Acura, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing one of the most respected brands in the industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Our ideal candidates are hard-working, competitive, and have a strong character. You should be a great listener, with excellent communication skills, and be driven to learn about our brand and business. We are looking for individuals who are loyal and committed to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Acura vehicles. Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed sales targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Continuously learn about the Acura brand and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
1 year of automotive sales consultant experience required. High school diploma or equivalent Enthusiastic, hard-working, and competitive mindset. Great character and loyal to the success of the dealership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Desire for opportunity to grow and advance within the company.
