Job Description

MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team! As a Sales Consultant at MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing one of the most respected brands in the industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Our ideal candidates are hard-working, competitive, and have a strong character. You should be a great listener, with excellent communication skills, and be driven to learn about our brand and business. We are looking for individuals who are loyal and committed to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Hyundai & Genesis vehicles. Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed sales targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Continuously learn about the Hyundai & Genesis vehicles brand and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Prior sales experience preferred, but not required. Enthusiastic, hard-working, and competitive mindset. Great character and loyal to the success of the dealership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Desire for opportunity to grow and advance within the company.

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
