We're looking for a driven Business Development Advisor / Outside Sales Representative to expand our referral network, strengthen community relationships, and grow our brand presence across our territory, which includes Brookline, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Lexington, Winchester, Arlington, and Belmont. Today, senior care is one of the fastest-growing and most stable industries in the country. With baby boomers joining the ranks of the elderly in record numbers, the need for in-home care is only accelerating. Unlike many fields, this industry is largely recession-proof , offering stability and long-term growth potential for those who choose to build a career here.

          Competitive Compensation and Benefits :
          $60k to $120K++ (includes Base salary + uncapped bonus potential ); Health Insurance; Paid Time Off; 401k with up to 4% match; Company cell phone; Mileage reimbursement.
            Comprehensive Training:

            Your Key Responsibilities:
              Build Relationships:
              Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, rehab centers and senior living communities.
                Drive Sales Goals:
                Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes.
                  Plan and Execute:
                  Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership. Collaborate with our internal team to refine strategies and maximize referral growth.
                    Brand Ambassador:
                    Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Home Instead. Represent Home Instead services effectively at community events, workshops and networking opportunities.
                      Maintain Records:
                      Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.
                        Lead Generation:
                        Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
                        Secondary Responsibilities:
                          Client Connections:
                          Conduct client care consultations and quality assurance visits as needed, particularly in facilities.
                            Community Involvement:
                            Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. What You Need to
                            Succeed :
                              Sales Experience:
                              3+ years of proven outside sales experience selling services or a premium product.
                                Driving Requirement:
                                Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel throughout the sales catchment area.

                                Strong communication and relationship-building skills, highly organized with strong follow-up skills, self-starter, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
