Job Description

Inizio Engage is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive biotech and pharmaceutical product performance within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, deliver clinical and product presentations, and execute strategic territory plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches, gather market insights, and ensure compliant promotion. This role blends scientific acumen with consultative selling to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with strong opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Drive sales of assigned biotech and pharmaceutical products within a defined territory Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems Deliver clinical and product presentations to educate prescribers and key stakeholders Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities and develop action plans Collaborate with medical, marketing, and market access teams to support brand strategy Ensure compliant promotion aligned with industry regulations and company policies Develop and execute territory business plans to meet and exceed sales targets Gather and communicate market insights, competitive activity, and customer feedback Support product launches and key initiatives to maximize adoption and utilization Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular territory performance reports Required Skills Biopharmaceutical sales Territory management Clinical product knowledge Account management Sales forecasting and planning Customer relationship management (CRM) Data-driven sales analysis Presentation and communication Knowledge of healthcare compliance (e.g., Ph
