Overview To further support our Nantucket branch, Plumbers' Supply Company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the local leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with contractors and trade professionals. If you have a background in Plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution and enjoy a team in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a high-demand market. What You'll Do Oversee daily counter and phone sales operations Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, contractors, and repeat customers Provide product expertise in plumbing, heating, and hydronic systems Manage quoting, order entry, pricing, and follow-up Partner with leadership to drive branch growth Monitor performance metrics and improve sales effectiveness Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution Support overall branch operations as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of inside sales experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong product knowledge in plumbing and heating systems Proven ability to grow sales and manage customer relationships Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ERP system and Microsoft Office experience Why Join Us?
