Direct Sales Representative - Account Development 2 Territories available:
Boston-South and Metro-Boston Summary:
Major Wine and Spirits Wholesaler, M.S. Walker, has an immediate opening for a full-time Development Account Sales Representative in Direct Sales Team to call on accounts in Metro-Boston area MA. The ideal candidate will have experience from a wine and spirits distributor while possessing excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Maintain and develop supplier relationship through regular communication with list of accounts Responsible for increasing distribution and selling portfolio in the marketplace Activate and develop unsold and undersold accounts in the market Position or determine proper point of sale materials on merchandise items in-store Meet delivery trucks at accounts and ensure proper inventory levels are met Constructs or assembles prefabricated display properties from wood, fabric, glass, paper, and plastic Report to management regarding inventory levels, marketing and sales trends, and customer feedback Other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Experience:
Driver's license as frequent travel required Knowledge of wine/liquor, merchandising standards, and retail operations Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to lift and move product of up to 50lbs Ability to bend, climb, reach overhead, sit and stand Outgoing and motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Customer Service oriented

Pay Range:
$55,000 - $65,000 annually
