Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary Onsite role- 5 days per week We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our products, and building lasting relationships to drive sales growth. Duties Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Engage in B2B sales discussions, focusing on technology and technical sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services. Develop negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Assist in business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities. Requirements Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM software and experience with Salesforce is a plus. Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous. Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and business development principles. A willingness to learn about technology sales and marketing strategies.
