Are you a people person? Come join our team! FireElement is a Retail installer of Hearth & Home products, looking for a dynamic individual to join our sales team. Must have outstanding sales background. Fireplace knowledge not required. You will be responsible for handling walk-in's and scheduled home owner appointments. Must be comfortable generating new sales through marketing and occasional cold calls to meet monthly Sales goals. As well as being team oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to multi-task we're looking for someone with strong computer skills. Sales rep is responsible for handling multiple aspects of the fireplace sale, from explaining the installation process, to helping customers make final selections, and putting paperwork together for order placement of proper parts. Possibility of moving into a showroom supervisory role in the future. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package (including health, dental & 401K). Showroom hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 am - 6 pm.

Compensation:

$50,000-$70,000 plus commission
