Somerville, MA (Must be willing to work at both Watertown & Somerville locations) About Us Rumble Boxing is a boutique fitness studio that combines boxing-inspired training with strength training in an exciting 45-minute HIIT workout. Our mission is to deliver an incredible member experience while helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who love working with people and are excited about fitness, sales, and community building. Responsibilities Welcome members and provide exceptional customer service Give studio tours and convert prospects into memberships Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries Follow up with leads and missed prospects Assist with membership sales, retail sales, and renewals Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized Check members into class and help create a welcoming atmosphere Support marketing events and community outreach Be available to work at both our Watertown and Somerville studios as scheduling needs require What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and confident personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales experience is preferred but not required Comfortable talking with new people every day Organized, dependable, and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for fitness and helping others Evening and weekend availability is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly pay Sales commission opportunities Complimentary Rumble Boxing membership Growth opportunities within the company Schedule Part-time Expected hours: 8-20 hours per week Application Process Please include a short note telling us why you'd be a great fit for Rumble Boxing.
