Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate

At New York Lace Couture, we believe every bride deserves her dream moment. Our Bridal Consultants are at the heart of that experience, guiding brides, mothers, and wedding parties through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives.

What You'll Do:

Guide brides in finding their dream wedding gown and accessories Assist in prom, mother's, and social occasion departments as needed Build deep product knowledge across our designer collections, accessories, and gifts Schedule and manage appointments by phone and in person Follow up with prospective customers and resolve any concerns Stay current on bridal and fashion trends Participate in trunk shows and off-site bridal events

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of retail or showroom sales experience (bonus points if you have the metrics to back it up!) Bridal experience strongly preferred An entrepreneurial spirit — the more you hustle, the more you earn Weekend availability required A genuine passion for fashion and styling Polished, professional presence in appearance, speech, and action A customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations Why New York Lace Couture?
