Manufacturing Inside Sales CSR

John Galt Staffing Manufacturing Inside Sales CSR Tyngsboro, MA Apply Pay:

\$24-27/hr\ This individual will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client. They will assist with orders, quotes, account questions, billing, cancellations and other customer queries.\

Responsibilities:

\

• Generate internal quotation packages for submittal to manufacturing and sales departments for product pricing and lead time.\
• Generate and submit quotations for products to customers.\
• Receive and enter purchase order information into Microsoft Great Plains database.\
• Assist customers with order placement, refunds or exchanges. Provide customers with order acknowledgments.\
• Obtain customer information required for order placement.\
• Field customer inquiries and forward to appropriate department.\
• Assist Field Sales Manager & Manufacturers Reps with quoting and sampling activity as needed.\
• Manage internal quote database. Follow up with customers for order placement.\
• Work with customers to resolve purchase order issues.

Qualifications/Experience:

\

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\
• Extremely well organized with the ability to multitask.\
• Ability to operate within defined processes and procedures.\
• Have excellent phone skills and computer proficiency.\
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and from verbal instructions.\
• Have a pleasant and professional demeanor.\
• Be punctual and dependable.\
• Strong adherence to company policies and procedures.\
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus.\
• Associates degree or 3 years minimum experience in a customer service environment.
