Full Job Description Territory Sales Representative Opportunity Summary:
Territory Sales Representative sells products and services by identifying the needs of current and potential customers in a specific area of responsibility and promotes the use of CT Power Parts and Service Departments to solve them. You will work with CT Power Operations to transition discovered opportunities into active business relationships.
Job Duties:
Take all necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction, working with WWW location representatives. Take the lead active role in company New Unit sales. Actively participate in Sales Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency and Customer Satisfaction metrics. Control proper inventory levels. Accurately quote and sell New Products, using Trasncentral (Carrier Transicold quote and support system). Coordinate communications and documentation between customer and W.W. Williams Staff, to efficiently complete Sales process. Adhere to policies, procedures, and branch goals.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Good understanding of mechanical components and associated operations.
