Salary:
USD 25•25 Hourly Position at Carriage House at Lee's Farm Inspiring Success, Creating Community Part time 20-24 hours per week Sales Associate Job Summary The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving the community's occupancy and revenue goals through strategic outreach efforts. This position requires an outgoing and compassionate individual who understands the senior living industry and can connect with referral partners, potential residents and their families on a personal level.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. Conduct community outreach to local organizations and healthcare partners Assist in tours with potential residents and their families, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the community, its services, and lifestyle. Aid in the sales process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new residents. Maintain accurate and timely reports on outreach activities, sales activities, and other key metrics. Represent the community at external events and in local networking groups to promote our services and establish a strong presence in the community.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business development goals. Understanding of the senior living market and the needs and concerns of seniors and their families. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential residents, families, and referral sources. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decisions. Individual who aligns with our values of integrity, compassion and respect.
