What You'll Do Member Experience Greet members and guests, build real relationships, and own the energy at the front desk. Handle scheduling, account questions, and anything that keeps members happy and engaged. Sales & Lead Conversion Respond fast to leads by phone, text, and email. Run facility tours, present our programs with confidence, and convert prospects into trial members — then trials into long-term members. Consistent follow-up is the job. Operations Keep the front desk and lobby sharp. Support opening and closing, process memberships and retail transactions accurately, and help with daily admin and reporting. Who We're Looking For Strong communicator who actually likes people Positive, high-energy, professional Comfortable with sales conversations Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented Can juggle multiple things in a fast-paced environment Tech-comfortable (scheduling systems, basic software)
