Your ability to build rapport and manage a robust sales pipeline will be key to thriving in this unique family friendly environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to grow their career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inbound/outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate client relationships. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal, and ensuring a knowledgeable delivery experience. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Maintain professional phone etiquette during outbound sales calls and follow-up communications to foster trust and rapport. Experience Proven experience in automotive sales is recommended but not required. Familiarity with CRM software tools used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines is recommended. Demonstrated negotiation skills while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a background in retail math is advantageous. Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities) are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
