As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator who can help ensure opportunities are captured, customers receive an exceptional experience, and our team stays organized and accountable. This is not a traditional customer service role. This is not a dispatcher role. This is not an office manager role. This is a highly visible position that supports sales, operations, customers, and leadership while helping drive growth throughout the business. The Mission Your mission is simple: Make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks. From inbound leads and estimate follow-up to customer communication and operational coordination, you'll play a key role in helping our team stay organized while improving conversion, accountability, and customer experience. What You'll Be Responsible For Sales Support & Revenue Growth (60%) Respond to inbound website leads and customer inquiries Follow up on estimates and unsold opportunities Support appointment scheduling and consultation booking Maintain CRM and lead pipeline accuracy Help manage customer communication throughout the sales process Generate online reviews and referral opportunities Reactivate previous customers and dormant opportunities Support builder, partner, and referral relationships Ensure every lead receives timely follow-up Operations & Administrative Coordination (30%) Coordinate vendor communications and administrative follow-through Assist with event registrations, community involvement, and marketing initiatives Coordinate office systems and administrative processes Assist with purchase order coordination once department managers identify needs Track action items and help ensure follow-through across departments Support internal communication and accountability Help maintain organization across multiple areas of the business Leadership Support (10%) Assist ownership with follow-up tasks and project coordination Help organize priorities and keep initiatives moving forward Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes Support company growth through organization and accountability Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and naturally takes ownership.
