Responsibilities Receive, enter, process, and track customer orders through fulfillment. Support Account Managers with quotations, order processing, and customer communications. Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative support experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer applications. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with order fulfillment or e-commerce operations. Exposure to sales support, inside sales, or account management functions. Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or inventory-related processes. Interest in building a long-term career in sales and customer success.
