Job Description
NOW HIRING - SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Bala Wholesale | Annapolis Junction, MD We are looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representatives to help us acquire new customers and grow our business throughout the DMV area. This is a field sales position. You will visit businesses in person, introduce Bala Wholesale, develop new accounts, and manage the customer relationships you build.
COMPENSATION - FIRST 2 MONTHS
$3,000/month base pay + Commission + $400/month vehicle allowance 2-month performance evaluation period During the first 2 months, you will use your own reliable vehicle for customer visits.
PERMANENT POSITION
Candidates who successfully meet performance expectations during the first 2 months may transition to a permanent full-time position with: $5,000/month base pay + Commission Company vehicle provided Performance will be evaluated based on new customer acquisition, sales generated, customer retention, and overall job performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Visit potential customers throughout your assigned territory Find and acquire new business accounts Introduce businesses to Bala Wholesale and our products Build relationships with store owners and decision-makers Follow up with prospects and convert them into active customers Manage and maintain the accounts you acquire Meet monthly customer-acquisition and sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years of age or older due to the age-restricted products we distribute Must have a valid driver's license Must have a reliable personal vehicle for the first 2 months Comfortable traveling locally and visiting businesses in person Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-driven Reliable, organized, and professional Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Experience with convenience stores, gas stations, smoke shops, liquor stores, or similar retail businesses is a plus
