Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson- Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base by identifying and engaging potential customers through proactive outreach. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and technical sales experience will help build strong relationships and generate valuable leads that fuel our growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellence and customer success. Our office is located in Annapolis Junction, MD, but we are open to hire remotely. Duties Job description - Sales Lead Generator Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach Generate weekly reports for the sales team Work on quarterly projects and objectives Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and represent the company Job requirements Basic sales knowledge, including MEDIC and value-based selling methodologies Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach Familiarity with automation workflows, CRM systems, and pipeline management Experience with sales development and discovery tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and field sales teams Experience organizing trade fairs, events, and customer visits Completed commercial or technical education; background in laboratory equipment sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field is an advantage Prior bioprocessing experience is beneficial Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and sales development Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Power Automate knowledge is a plus Fluent English required; additional languages such as Spanish are an advantage Additional Information Willingness to travel up to 15%
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
