RETAIL STORE KEY HOLDER

The Role:

Helly Hansen is seeking experienced Key Holders for our Annapolis store. We are looking for an experienced individual who likes to work hard AND play hard! This is a fun, challenging, and dynamic environment w you will get an opportunity to demonstrate your experience alongside an outstanding and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the store in accordance with established processes and procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

Act as the manager-on-duty when leadership is unavailable, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset at all times.

Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet and exceed operational and sales goals.

Uphold and implement high retail standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.

Assist customers with purchases, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Provide accurate information and advice on product performance, features, and technical specifications.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays align with corporate guidelines.

Support inventory control processes, including receiving shipments, restocking, and conducting cycle counts.
