Part Time Sales Lead

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to train and develop team members. This position is essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales goals. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Provide training development for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff. Assist in stock management including inventory control and restocking merchandise Support the Assistant Manager in daily operations and strategic planning. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Experience in cash handling procedures is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. Ability to train and develop team members effectively. Strong negotiation skills to work with vendors and suppliers. Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role is a plus.
