Sales Coordinator Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia, MD Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team and help build strong relationships with corporate and group clients.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales team with daily administrative tasks. Assist with group bookings, proposals, contracts, and client communication. Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with clients. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure excellent guest and group experiences. Assist with hotel tours, meetings, events, and special projects. Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Positive attitude and ability to multitask. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; hotel experience is a plus. Applicant Tracking Software by
