Landscape Division Sales Representative

Homestead Gardens is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Landscape Division Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners and clients to design and sell customized landscape solutions—from installation projects to enhancements and maintenance services. What You'll Do Drive New Business Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs Manage the Sales Process Prepare estimates, proposals, and client presentations Follow up on leads and bids to close sales Negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines Build Client Relationships Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process Develop long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Identify opportunities to upsell additional services Coordinate Projects Collaborate with operations and production teams for smooth project execution Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly Participate in job site meetings as needed Stay Market-Aware Keep up with industry trends and seasonal opportunities Understand competitor offerings and positioning What We're Looking For Experience & Education 2-5 years of sales experience (landscaping, construction, or related field preferred) Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field (preferred) Skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Confident in presenting proposals and closing deals Working knowledge of plants, materials, or landscape services Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong time management skills Work Environment Combination of office work and field/site visits Valid driver's license required Occasional evenings or weekends as needed Why Join Homestead Gardens?
