Salary:
$48,000-$100,000/year (Base + Commission + Profit Sharing)​
Job Type:
Full-time | Monday-Friday​ E.D. Supply Company, Inc., a division of Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED), is seeking a motivated individual for our Outside Sales Trainee program. This is a hands-on, 12-18-month training role that leads to a full-time Outside Sales Position. What You'll Do​: Learn our business from the ground up through department rotations​ Develop sales, product, and customer service knowledge​ Transition into an Outside Sales role with your own territory​ Manage accounts, grow new business, and build lasting relationships​ What We're Looking For​: Great communication and relationship building skills​ Interest in sales and willingness to learn​ Self-motivated, organized, and professional​ No experience required - just the right attitude and drive!​ Background in sales, customer service, or electrical products is a plus​ Perks and Benefits​ Competitive pay + commission + profit sharing​ 401(k) with match​ Health, dental, vision, and life insurance​ Paid time off and holidays​ Paid training, career growth, and mileage/cell phone reimbursement​
