Job Description

Waterfront Marine is looking to hire the best possible people for the team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting new and used boats Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service Guide customers through the purchase process from inquiry to delivery Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and boating trends Follow up on leads and support walk-in traffic Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
Prior experience in boat/marine sales or similar high-ticket retail sales preferred Knowledge of boats and boating industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Schedule:
Full-time, including weekends (seasonal flexibility required)
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission
