Outside Sales / Parts Representative - PNP Essex, MD | All Roads - Packer Norris Parts Are you a top-notch sales professional looking for a new challenge? Packer Norris Parts (PNP) in Essex, MD is hiring an Outside Sales/Parts Representative. If you are charismatic, confident, and passionate about sales, we want to talk to you. Use your strong communication skills and Ford parts knowledge to build relationships, expand a defined territory, and drive new business. This role offers a competitive base plus commission with $100k earning potential . Candidates must have a clean driving record and be insurable by our carrier. Compensation
  • Competitive base salary + commission (earnings of up to $100k )

  • Generate parts sales to fleets, municipalities, repair facilities, and other customers
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and customer relationships
  • Build long-term client relationships and expand territory business
  • Manage time effectively while planning daily customer visits
  • Participate in online and in-person training to continually enhance product and sales knowledge Travel
  • Frequent local travel to customer locations (approximately 80%) Requirements
  • Clean driving record; must be insurable by company carrier
  • Previous Ford parts sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
