We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help businesses connect with reliable day labor services. What You'll Do Sell and promote on-demand day labor services and temp-to-perm labor to businesses in construction, logistics, production, and related industries Develop new business through sales calls, networking, and client visits. 25 visits per day. Manage client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery Drive growth by building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities What You Bring At least 2 years of verified experience in staffing, labor coordination, construction, logistics, or B2B sales Strong communication skills and confidence making sales calls Leadership ability to manage fast-paced account growth A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals What We Offer Salary $43,000 + commission + weekly fuel allowance Paid time off.
