Job Description

At Aushco, our Client Acquisition Specialists play a critical role in growing our client base. In this position, you won't be closing deals—you'll be opening doors. You will be responsible for identifying ideal prospects, initiating contact through multiple channels, and scheduling qualified meetings for the company principal. Your work will directly fuel our business development pipeline and position us for long-term success in the commercial real estate space. If you're energized by research, outreach, and starting meaningful business conversations, this is the role for you. What You'll Do
  • Identify and research ideal building owners, business owners, and commercial property decision-makers in our target markets.
  • Initiate direct outreach via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Qualify prospects based on company-defined criteria and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the principal broker to ensure meetings are prepped and positioned for success.
  • Track all outreach and meeting activity using our CRM to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up communications as needed.
  • Support broader marketing efforts by aligning messaging and prospecting strategy with current campaigns.
  • Report weekly on lead generation metrics, meeting outcomes, and performance benchmarks. What You'll Need for Success
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with business owners and executives.
  • Strong research and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
Compensation Base Salary:
$65,000 annually (paid biweekly)
Bonus:
The bonus is structured on two business lines, property management and brokerage, with the ability to earn over $100,000 annually.
