Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while driving sales growth. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Demonstrate excellent guest services by ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance. Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding product promotions and pricing strategies. Provide valet parking services when necessary, ensuring the safe handling of customer vehicles. Act as a delivery driver for products when required, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or retail is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Ability to drive and operate vehicles safely is required for delivery responsibilities. Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
