Job Description

Automotive Desk Manager We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Automotive Desk Manager to lead our dealership's customer service and sales Desking deal operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the automotive desk, ensuring seamless communication between sales teams, service departments, and customers. Your energetic leadership will drive high-end sales, manage the sales pipeline, and foster exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for automotive sales to elevate our dealership's performance and reputation. Duties Lead and supervise the automotive desk team to deliver outstanding customer service and support sales activities effectively Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals through CRM software to maximize revenue opportunities Conduct outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and B2B sales outreach to generate new business prospects Assist in inventory management and control to ensure availability of high-demand vehicles while optimizing retail math and inventory turnover Support upselling strategies by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle options with confidence Coordinate with marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and enhance public speaking engagements at community events or presentations Maintain professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Oversee dealership operations related to automobile sales, including retail sales processes, inventory control, and customer service excellence Utilize CRM tools for detailed record-keeping of customer interactions, sales support activities, and follow-up tasks Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations while fostering a positive team environment Experience Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a strong background in B2B sales and outside sales techniques Demonstrated success in high-end or luxury vehicle sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and upselling strategies Experience managing a sales team or supporting dealership operations with excellent organizational skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive retail settings for tracking leads and managing the sales pipeline Excellent communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and interpersonal interactions Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, automotive marketing strategies, and outbound sales techniques Join us as an Automotive Desk Manager where your energy, expertise, and leadership will drive success!
