Lead Generation Specialist

Coastal Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking candidates for part-time Lead Generators in large retail store 20-25 hours a week Shifts are 3-4 hours each approximately each Daytime, evening and weekends shifts available. Must be comfortable engaging with consumers. Walking/Standing for the entire shift is required We require background check and drug screening for all candidates. Experience preferred but will train the right candidates. Compensation $16.00 HR + Performance based Sales Spiffs and bonuses Job Overview As a lead generator, it's your job to interact with customers in a retail setting to set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team. Candidate must be energetic, have a pleasant personality, and enjoying helping people. You're the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. What is Lead Generator Lead generation is the initiation of consumer interest or enquiry into products or services of a business. A lead is the contact information and, in some cases, demographic information of a customer who is interested in a specific product or services Communication Skills Lead the Way This is one job where you really need to have top-notch communication skills, especially verbally. Positive attitude, enjoy meeting/helping customers, have the ability to "act" energetic/enthusiastic when at our display, have dependable transportation and the need to make some consistent extra cash.
