Sales Development Representative (SDR) Healthcare & GovTech

About the Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our go-to-market efforts across healthcare and government sectors. You will help identify prospects, generate leads, support outreach campaigns, qualify opportunities, and schedule sales meetings with potential customers and partners. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, comfortable in a startup environment, and excited about making a real social impact while building a career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Research and identify prospective customers, including mental health clinics, FQHCs, hospitals, nonprofits, universities, and local government agencies Execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, conferences, and events Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales meetings Support sales presentations, demos, proposals, and customized sales materials Track and manage leads in a CRM system such as HubSpot or a similar platform Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to refine messaging, sales strategy, and outreach campaigns Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with customer needs Gather feedback from prospects to help inform product direction and market strategy Build and nurture relationships with healthcare and public sector decision-makers Qualifications 2-4years of experience in sales, business development.
