Proven experience in outside sales within the home improvement or renovation industry, with a strong track record of high-end sales success. Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, and lighting design principles to craft attractive layouts and visual presentations. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust. Knowledge of remodeling, construction processes, interior design concepts, and maintenance practices. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases across different communities. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous) to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with clients. Familiarity with retail math, merchandising strategies, POS systems, cash handling, and customer service best practices.
