Field-Based Marketing & Relationship Development About thePosition:
We are a growing chiropractic and physical rehabilitation practice with two locations in Prince George's County, Maryland, specializing in the treatment of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury cases. We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and relationship-driven Personal Injury Marketing Liaison / Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network throughout Maryland and the DMV area. This is primarily a field-based relationship-building position , not a digital marketing or social media position. The ideal candidate already understands the personal injury and healthcare referral environment and is comfortable walking into law offices, urgent care centers, medical offices, and community events to introduce our practice, develop relationships, and generate new referral opportunities.Responsibilities:
Visit personal injury law firms and develop relationships with attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and legal staff Visit urgent care centers, medical practices, and other potential healthcare referral sources Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners Identify and develop new referral sources throughout Prince George's County and surrounding DMV areas Represent our practice at legal, medical, networking, and community events Attend attorney events, conferences, health fairs, and other local networking opportunities Schedule meetings, lunches, and office visits with potential referral partners Educate referral partners about our services, locations, and patient-care capabilities Regularly follow up with referral sources and maintain consistent communication Track visits, contacts, follow-ups, and referral activity Work directly with practice ownership to develop new marketing and business-development opportunities Help increase qualified personal injury patient referrals to our officesWho We Are Looking For:
We are especially interested in candidates who have previous experience in personal injury, healthcare marketing, legal marketing, physician relations, or medical business development. Experience working as any of the following is required: Personal Injury Marketing Liaison Physician Liaison Legal Relations / Attorney Liaison Medical Marketing Representative Healthcare Business Development Representative Community Liaison Personal Injury Law Firm Marketing Representative Chiropractic or Physical Therapy Marketing Representative Existing relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, urgent care centers, physicians, or other referral sources in Maryland/DC are a major plus.Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Professional, confident, outgoing personality Comfortable making in-person visits and introducing the practice to new referral sources Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field Excellent communication and follow-up skills Organized and able to track contacts, visits, and referral activity Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to travel locally throughout the assigned territory Availability to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events Bilingual English/Spanish is a Must. Must have a relaiable vehicle.Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary of plus commission and performance-based bonuses .Vehicle/Travel Allowance:
$400 per month to help cover gas, mileage, and local travel expenses associated with field visits, networking, and business-development activities. Compensation will depend on experience and existing industry relationships. We are willing to offer strong earning potential for the right candidate who can successfully develop relationships and contribute to practice growth.Schedule:

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys networking and building long-term professional relationships. You should be comfortable spending much of your workday in the community meeting attorneys, legal staff, healthcare providers, and other potential referral partners. Candidates with an established network in the Maryland personal injury community are strongly encouraged to apply for a higher base salary.To Apply:

We are not looking for someone who simply makes office visits—we are looking for someone who can build genuine, long-term relationships with personal injury attorneys, law firms, urgent care centers, medical providers, and other community partners. Exceptional performance will be rewarded quickly. After the first 90 days, we will conduct a performance review. A candidate who demonstrates strong relationship development, consistent field activity, and measurable business growth will be eligible to have their base salary increased 10k-20k annually—while continuing to earn commission and performance bonuses. For the right person, this position offers significant earning potential and an opportunity to grow into a senior business-development role as our practice expands.Pay:
