We work both sides of the market, both door to door and closing leads provided by our marketing team

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
You'll be in the field, face to face with homeowners and property owners, presenting solutions that genuinely improve their lives. Some days that's a retail project they've been planning for months. Some days it's a family dealing with damage they didn't expect. You'll know the product, you'll know the process, and you'll have a team and a system behind you every step of the way.
- Build relationships with homeowners across retail and restoration — roofing, siding, gutters, exterior, storm damage
- Inspect properties, identify what's needed, and present the right solution with confidence
- Guide customers through both the retail purchase process and the insurance claims process where applicable
- Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and close
- Show up to weekly training — not because you have to, but because the best reps in this industry never stop learning
