Job Description Summary:
This role is primarily responsible for managing and driving sales activity through consistent outbound communication and performance tracking. The position focuses on maintaining high call volume, supporting the sales pipeline, and ensuring full accountability to daily and weekly sales metrics. This individual will work closely with the sales team to generate new opportunities, follow up on leads, and maintain strong organization of sales activity. A professional approach, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute 75 outbound calls per day (375 per week) to prospects, clients, and referral partners Maintain 100% completion of all assigned sales metrics goals on a daily and weekly basis Maintain accurate tracking of all calls and outcomes within company systems Follow up consistently on all inbound and outbound leads Support the sales team in driving pipeline activity and closing opportunities Assist in developing and maintaining sales metrics reporting Keep sales data, call logs, and tracking sheets organized and up to date Perform daily follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward Assist with creating and sending estimates and proposals Conduct outreach to referral partners and community contacts Send follow-up emails and marketing communications tied to call activity Maintain a clean and organized sales inbox for tracking progress Provide customer service follow-up to ensure a strong client experience Proactively follow up with referral partners to acknowledge referrals and support continued relationship development Assist with administrative sales tasks as needed

This Role Looks Like:

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
