Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive sales team as a Vehicle Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive success! In this energetic role, you will engage with prospective buyers, showcase our premium vehicle inventory, and guide customers through the entire sales process. Your ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and manage a robust sales pipeline will be key to exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service. This position offers a vibrant environment for motivated individuals eager to thrive in high-end automotive sales while developing their skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability information Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and in-person communication skills Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry or related sectors Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end or complex deals Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools for effective pipeline management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening capabilities Experience in inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple clients simultaneously Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; a passion for automobiles and customer service is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
