Full-Time Sales Associate 9 Line Auto is looking for a motivated, reliable, and outgoing Sales Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with customers, following up with leads, and helping customers through the entire vehicle-buying process. Responsibilities Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs and budget Respond to new internet, phone, and walk-in leads Consistently follow up with customers and leads Schedule appointments and test drives Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties/service contracts Work with management to structure and close deals Keep customer information and deal notes updated in DealerCenter Take photos/videos of inventory and help with social media when needed Maintain a professional, clean, and organized sales area Follow up with customers after the sale Help with other dealership tasks when needed Work as a team to meet individual and dealership sales goals What We're Looking For Sales experience is preferred, but automotive sales experience is not required Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and willing to follow up consistently Reliable and on time Comfortable using computers, texting, email, and dealership software Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to work Saturdays Willing to learn and be part of a growing dealership About 9 Line Auto 9 Line Auto is a locally owned used car dealership in Windham, Maine.
