Position Overview As a Sales Representative with Omni Metalcraft, you'll learn how to support customers by identifying needs, providing solutions, and building lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop professional sales and technical skills. What You'll Do (With Training & Support) Contact customers by phone and email to introduce products and follow up on opportunities Research customer needs and help identify potential solutions Learn how to prepare quotes and support existing sales opportunities Build long-term customer relationships Work closely with experienced team members who will mentor you What We're Looking For Experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Good communication skills (written and verbal) Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn technical products and industry terminology Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally Skills Clear communication and active listening Organization and time management Basic computer and data entry skills Problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge (Developed Through Training) Basics of conveyors, rollers, and material handling systems Quoting, pricing, and lead time processes How to understand customer applications and recommend solutions Reading basic mechanical drawings and product specifications Sales processes including outreach, follow-up, and customer communication How to confidently conduct professional sales calls and presentations Ability to Implement Apply product knowledge to recommend solutions for customer needs Communicate professionally with customers through phone and email Manage multiple tasks and follow up on opportunities consistently Build relationships that support long-term customer partnerships Learn quickly and apply feedback from training and mentorship Benefits Competitive pay based on competency 100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employees Flexible paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer matching Discretionary bonuses Apply Today We are excited to welcome new talent to our team! Experience Preferred Customer Service (Manufacturing) Industrial Sales Education Required High School or better Preferred Associates or better in Sales or related field
