Job description Thelen Audi VW Mazda is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our sales team. As a successful sales consultant; you must be a great team player, have great energy, with an important emphasis on customer service.
Position Expectations:
Assist customers throughout the entire purchase process. Work with sales and finance managers to ensure the customer is getting the best options. Understand and Explain the vehicle's performance, technology, and safety features. Build and maintain your customer base and relationships. Have a great motivation to meet or exceed the projected sales numbers. This full-time salary / commission based position includes the following comprehensive benefits: Competitive wages with upward mobility potential, medical and life insurance, along with short-term and long-term disability, a retirement plan is also available with employer matched percentage, paid vacation and holidays, along with training pay throughout training process.
