WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Selling high-value commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal retrofit, coatings, etc.) Working with property managers, building owners, and GCs Managing projects from the first call to the signed contract Leveraging company-generated opportunities + your own pipeline

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:

Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory

Qualifications:

You must have driver's license and reliable vehicle You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills A bachelor's degree or high school diploma is preferred CRM experience preferred About Company Lakeside is a family-owned and operated business.
