Job Description
Inside Sales Representative Burnips Equipment is a family-owned farm equipment dealership dedicated to helping our customers succeed. We sell and support a variety of agricultural, turf, and compact equipment brands, provide expert service and repair, and offer a full range of parts and accessories. We understand that if our customers do not succeed, neither will we. We are seeking a personable, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative serves as a key point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service while assisting with equipment sales, product inquiries, and sales support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, learning about equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain knowledge of our equipment lines, products, and services. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through email communication. Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding equipment, parts, and accessories. Prepare and deliver quotes for equipment and related products. Follow up with customers regarding quotes, inquiries, and sales opportunities. Support the outside sales team by assisting with customer needs and sales activities. Maintain accurate customer information and sales records. Work collaboratively with parts, service, and administrative departments to ensure a positive customer experience. Stay informed on current promotions, inventory, and manufacturer programs. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service mindset. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Agricultural, turf, construction, or equipment knowledge is a plus.
