GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To serve as oversite of the elementary robotics teams and to represent the school district's interests in building and district-level decision-making.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
In concert with the Chelsea Robotics Boosters, sets vision for the elementary programs so that it aligns with the Chelsea School District philosophy regarding technology education. Set one (1) monthly meeting with Team Coach(es) (K-5) during the build season. Oversees coaches (K-5) Attend 2-3 team work sessions per month during the build season. Meet with building administration and/or CSD Robotics Advisor when necessary. Communicating updates and requests from Robotics should go through the advisor to the principal. Serve as the liaison to the Chelsea Robotics Boosters. With Coach and Advisor input set budget for FLL Jr. & FLL and provide oversight. FLL Jr. Coach (paid for by MEGS grant) FLL Coach (paid for by MEGS grant) EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and
SKILLS REQUIRED
