Role Description:

Full-Time, on-site career role based in Clinton Township. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads through a consultative approach and presenting suitable health insurance options that meets the needs of the clients. Day- to-

Day:

Following up leads, maintaining records in the CRM, and guiding clients through the application process. The role involves providing clear information about benefits and coverage, addressing questions and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Good Communication Skills Knowledge of Health Insurance products, or willingness to learn High School diploma or equivalent required Life, Accident, and Health License is required to perform this role. If you are not licensed we can assist you in obtaining license.
