• Full-time Experienced Powersports Sales & Product Specialist (Powersports Experience Required & Motorcycle Endorsement Required) Planet Powersports continues to grow year after year, and we're looking to add an experienced, motivated Powersports Sales & Product Specialist to our team.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the dealership sales process , values relationship-based selling , and wants to work in a fast-paced, fun environment centered around motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and powersports lifestyle. If you've spent a few years selling in a professional powersports (or similar) dealership and are ready to take the next step with a strong, supportive team—this could be the right fit. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally Guide customers through new and pre-owned inventory, matching them with the right vehicle for their needs Confidently explain features, benefits, and ownership considerations Conduct demo rides when appropriate (motorcycle endorsement required) Follow up with prospects and previous customers by phone and email Maintain strong product knowledge across motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports units Assist with online inventory presentation and merchandising Share product highlights and customer stories on social media (Facebook, YouTube); smartphone photo/video skills are a plus Work collaboratively with the sales team to create repeat customers—not one-time transactions What We're Looking For Professional powersports dealership or similar customer service or sales experience Valid motorcycle endorsement Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills Detail
