A well-established company in the home improvement space is adding a Customer Sales Specialist to support their Dexter-area showroom and residential customer base. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety—no two days are the same—and wants to grow into a long-term role within a stable, team-oriented company. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day) Be the go-to contact for homeowners planning projects like glass and shower door installations Talk with customers (phone, walk-in, online) and guide them through options Put together quotes and help turn inquiries into completed jobs Coordinate showroom visits and project scheduling Track orders and keep customers updated on progress Support the showroom—keeping it organized, welcoming, and ready for customers What Makes This Role Different You'll see projects through from first conversation to final install Mix of customer interaction + coordination + light sales Stable company with consistent workflow (not a high-pressure sales environment) What You Bring 2+ years of customer-facing experience (retail, office, or showroom) Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable on a computer (Microsoft Office, basic systems/CRM) Friendly, professional communication style Bonus If You Have It (Not Required) Experience in home improvement, construction, or design Showroom or inside sales background Work Environment Office + showroom setting Some movement throughout the day (not stuck at a desk 100%) Occasional light lifting when assisting customers

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
